Physical Therapist Pulse Physical Therapy was born out of a desire to leave the high-volume productivity model behind and get back to the basics of human connection. We are a private, PT-owned clinic focused on 1:1 sessions where you can actually hear your patients think. We pride ourselves on being a place where we work hard to get people back to their lives, but make sure to have a good time while we do it. THE CARE MODEL: -Pure 1-on-1 Care: 60-minute sessions for every patient. -100% Doctor-Provided: No aides or techs. You manage the full episode of care. -No Double-Booking: One patient at a time, every time. -Documentation Built-In: Our workflow is designed to ensure your notes are completed during the session, not on your own time. SCHEDULE & STRUCTURE: -Full-Time or Part-Time: We are open to both and prioritize finding the right person. -Consolidated Schedules: We offer schedules that allow for more full days off during the week, helping you maintain a healthy balance. -Stability: Step into a consistent environment where you can truly focus on your patients. COMPENSATION & SUPPORT: -$88,000 – $105,000 / year (Full-time equivalent, based on experience). -Monthly Health Insurance Stipend. -Continuing Education Allowance. -Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Leave. -Direct Collaboration: Work directly with the clinic owner in a supportive, professional environment.
